Why Coaching?
A critical aspect of reconstructing Black communities on an African foundation is cultivating leaders with African-centered leadership. African-centered education should be led and taught by Black students, educators, and leaders who can bring a deeper understanding and commitment to the African-centered approach.
Promoting and supporting Black leadership at all levels of education is essential, including in student leadership, curriculum development, teaching, school administration, policy, non-profit leadership, and community organizing. We provide equity and justice-focused leadership coaching to support the development of Black students, teachers, and leaders in our communities.
