Melanated Masterminds believes that an African-centered paradigm is the key to unlocking Black leadership potential and building liberating, sustainable systems in Black communities. In our approach to leadership development, we believe in going back to the roots, focusing on what we teach and how we teach our young leaders. Melanated Masterminds creates the conditions that enable young people to experience empowering, culturally relevant, and African-centered leadership development in K-12 schools, higher education, and community-based organizations.
